When we started Fuzion Donuts, we knew from the beginning that dietary restrictions shouldn't mean missing out on something special. Too many bakeries treat gluten-free and vegan options as an afterthought — a dry, flavorless alternative sitting in the corner. We took the opposite approach. Our gluten-free and vegan recipes were developed from scratch to stand on their own, not to imitate something else. Our gluten-free and vegan donuts are baked fresh every morning at both Edmonton locations.
