Fuzion Donuts bakers at work

This job isn't for everyone.
That's the point.

At Fuzion Donuts, every donut is made by hand — fresh, every single day. Not some of them — all of them. To make that happen, we need bakers who show up, work hard, and take real pride in what they produce.

This is physical work in a commercial kitchen. Long shifts on your feet — lifting, mixing, shaping, and frying. Our night bakers work through the early hours so Edmonton wakes up to something fresh. Our day bakers keep production running and the operation moving forward. Both roles demand the same thing: consistency, effort, and care.

If that sounds satisfying to you, keep reading.

Who thrives here

We can train skills. We can't train work ethic.

The people who do well at Fuzion are the ones who find genuine satisfaction in completing a task properly. They don't need someone watching over them — they hold themselves to a standard because they care about the work. If you're the kind of person who takes quiet pride in doing things right, you'll fit in here.

  • Honest and accountable — own your work and your mistakes
  • Self-directed — comfortable working independently through a long shift
  • Physically capable — able to lift up to 20 kg and stay on your feet for extended shifts
  • Consistent — the 500th donut of the day should look like the first
  • Growth-minded — we promote from within and raise pay based on performance

Prior baking or culinary experience is an asset, but not a dealbreaker. A strong work ethic and a desire to learn will take you further here than a resume. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada — we do not offer LMIA support.
