Fuzion Donuts was born when a grounded airline pilot and an experienced pastry chef joined forces during COVID. Starting from a basement bakery in Chinatown, they focused on perfecting recipes using whole ingredients — butter, milk, eggs, cream — fried fresh daily. What began with online orders and weekend markets grew into two Edmonton locations.
