Fuzion Donuts started when a laid off Airline Pilot and an experienced Pastry Chef joined forces to create the best donut we could imagine.
Operating out of a basement bakery in China town, our first order of business was to test our ideas. Creating the fluffy donut base, perfecting the smooth, flavourful cream and our amazing glazes. Going back to how it was done years ago with whole ingredients (butter, milk, eggs, cream) and frying them fresh daily.
