2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Fuzion Donuts's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Ordering and Payment

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.

6. Allergen Information

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our products may contain allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Customers with severe allergies should contact us directly before placing orders.

7. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery is available within our service area. Delivery fees and minimum order requirements apply. For pickup orders, please arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. Orders not picked up within 2 hours may be disposed of.

8. Catering Orders

Catering orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. A 50% deposit is required for orders over $100. Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup. Cancellation policies apply to catering orders.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fuzion Donuts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
